Cell Renewal of the Fallopian Tube of Mouse in Different Ages as Shown by Radioautography after H³-thymidine Injection

Abstract
|
|
|
The age influence on the cell renewal system of the fallopian tube from mice has been studied by means of radioautography after the intraperitoneal injection of single dose of tritiated thymidine.
1. Relatively low radioactive indices were observed in tha fallopian tube throughout the periods of this investigation, especially compare with those of uterine tissue. ,
2. Among them, higher proliferation was noted in 4 days old group, whereas most significant low indices have been observed in 3 weaks old group.
3 The ovarian cycle has much to do with the renewal of epithelial element and active pattern was shown during estrus.
